Student Accommodation
The KR2010 reserved a block of rooms at the
Ryerson University student residence:
International Living and Learning Centre (ILLC).
ILLC is located about 15min walking distance from the conference hotel.
To get to the Sutton Place Hotel from ILLC, walk West along Gerrard
street to Bay Street and then walk North to Wellesley Street West.
This student residence is located at
133 Mutual Street, Toronto, Ontario, M5B2B2 (Choose street
view in Google Maps to navigate around this neighborhood.)

The closest subway stations to ILLC is
Dundas Station on
the Yonge Subway (yellow) line.
From Dundas Subway Station, walk East for about 5-10min, then turn
North when you hit Mutual.
The ILLC residence is located near the corner of Mutual and Gould Streets.
To get there from Yonge Street walk East for about 5min along Gould Street across Ryerson
University campus. Mutual Street is a short street (parallel to Jarvis and Yonge).
ILLC Reservation Information
KR-2010 has reserved a block of
rooms at the ILLC student residence at reduced conference rates.
These rooms are primarily intended for student accomodation.
The price includes hot breakfast and 24/7 unlimited high-speed
Internet access. All
guest rooms at ILLC are equipped with a queen or double
size bed. Some rooms are equipped with a pull-out sofa bed.
Each guest room is equipped with an ensuite bathroom, color television,
alarm clock, telephone, air conditioning, and standard in-room
amenities.
All rates quoted are in Canadian dollars.
*** Guest room rate is $81.00 (plus 10%
tax) for rooms booked by March 31, 2010.

Reservations should be made directly with
Ryerson University Conference Services and Lodging
through one of the methods listed above. Room rates are quoted in
Canadian funds. Check-in Time: 16:00. Check-out Time: 13:00.
Cancellations must be made at
least 48 hours prior to arrival to avoid any charges. Please allow 5
business days for processing of cancellation. Please contact Ryerson
University Conference Services for the current parking rate.
Cut-off date for reservations:
Wednesday, March 31, 2010.
Reservation requests received after the
cut-off date will be accepted based on availability and might
be subject to the current (possibly higher) daily rate.
Please contact
ILLC for availability after March 31.
Staying longer, beyond the conference dates.
The online group booking mentioned above is only valid for the set group
block dates: May 9-13 (KR-2010) and May 14-16 (NMR-2010). If you are
looking to stay longer, outside the
conference dates and room block -- for a minimum of 7 consecutive
nights, then you have two options. Either please fill out
another reservation form, or please
book online with this rate code - 516261.
Ryerson Summer Residence can offer visitors a special weekly
rate of $67 plus 10% tax per night, breakfast is not included.
Those wishing to stay longer will be accommodated based on availability.
Those, who are looking for
minimum stay of 30 consecutive nights or longer, have to submit
a summer residence application.
